Millwright / Lead Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

• Tearing Down, Full Inspection, Modification, Repairing, and Rebuilding paper mill rolls such as Reel Spools, Press Rolls, Wire Rolls, Felt Rolls, Couch Rolls, Breast Rolls, Calendaring Rolls, Embossing Rolls, Rubber Covered Rolls, Suction Rolls, Oil rolls, and more
• Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts, cranes, and yard trucks
• Working with employees / management to identify safety concerns to create best practices to prevent any recordable incidence at all cost
• Training new employees to maximize work turnaround while keeping safety standards
• Working on electronic and paper forms to create a tracking system for work being done capturing damages, sizes, and machine reliability

Inventory Control Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, adjusting, and cycle counting inventory to ensure 95% accuracy
• Maintaining and scheduling ABC inventory priority cycle counts to ensure complete order fill rates
• Managing and training a team of 5 inventory cycle counters in the importance of inventory accuracy
• Schedule employees to maximize productivity and cost on a weekly basis

SAP Subject Matter Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and monitor the progress of warehouse and production employees in SAP WMS/ERP
• Create end user documentation for projects, using SAP Workforce Performance Builder in the form of eLearning, User Guides and Quick Reference Cards
• Modify SAP solutions (across modules) to create standalone simulations
• Develop interactive/engaging WPB eLearning courses including quizzes and assessments using producer environment per the standards and style guide
• Create and Maintain GMP training material as well as documented inspections
